At Customer Service, we meet customers daily via phone, email, and chat, driven by a strong corporate culture focused on delivering a good and efficient customer experience.
With over 25 employees based in Skara, we support Jula's Swedish and Norwegian customers. The customers we assist primarily reach out via phone, email, and chat, but it is also part of our mission to respond to our customers through Jula's Social Media and other forums where Jula is present.
What does a Team Leader do at Customer Service?
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for coaching, supporting, and following up with employees in their daily work at Jula Customer Service.
The role also means that you take a place as a member of the Customer Service management team, along with the Customer Service Manager and other Team Leaders, responsible for ensuring that the daily work is conducted effectively and customer-oriented. You are also responsible for optimizing routines, work methods, and processes in the department and following up on results.
Together, the entire group is responsible for creating the right conditions for employees to smoothly perform their work and achieve set goals. You lead and work alongside the team in meeting those we love most, our customers!

We would like to see that you have experience working in customer service and as a leader in retail. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.

Good to know
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period, located in Skara.
